How NotNow BlackBerry App Works?
Users can set up the NotNow mobile application to let the caller know when you’ll call back, or simply any other message that you would like to send to the caller. That is, when get an incoming call, which you can’t attend at that moment, simply press ‘ignore’, and a series of user-definable SMS text messages appear on the screen. Now, simply choose the message that fits the context, and send it. The app comes with preprogrammed messages such as ‘Call you ASAP’, ‘Call Me at Home’, ‘Can’t talk.. in a meeting now’ etc. Also, users could modify these messages, or add new ones to the list, if they wish so.
Further, users could use the advanced ‘Do Not Disturb’ feature of NotNow, wherein users can set the app to simply ignore the incoming calls, but still send custom defined messages to the caller. Users could activate/deactivate the app manually, or set up it as an appointment in the BlackBerry calendar to activate/deactivate at pre-defined times. In the ‘Do Not Disturb’ mode, the app will search for the caller’s mobile phone number in the contact list, in order to send the message. If no number is found, no message will be sent.
Even if the incoming call goes to the voice mail, still NotNow BlackBerry app could send your message to the caller, to let him/her know that you’ve received the call, and will call back later.
