Soda Tracker App for Android Review

Many people today are under the mistaken impression that eating too much is what caused their weight gain. While this is certainly true in the case of some people, in the case of others it is definitely because of the fact that they consume way too many unhealthy drinks like pop and fruit juices that happen to be rich in sugar. If you are someone that drinks a lot of soda, you might actually find it sobering to realize just how much of it you drink on a daily basis. If you want to know, Soda Tracker is definitely the free Android app for you.

Store nutritional information for different soda types

If you have a favorite type of soda, you can look on the can to find all of the nutritional information on it. You can then store that nutritional information in Soda Tracker Android app so that you can refer to it later for future reference. You can actually do this with multiple soda types so that every time you consume a different soda beverage, you can make sure that Sodatracker knows exactly what it is that you have put into your body.

Log each soda that you drink

Once you have actually entered the nutritional information for each soda into the registry, your work is not done yet. You still need to let Sodatracker know every time you consume a soda. This matters regardless of the circumstance. If you have one in a bar, Soda Tracker needs to know about it. If you have one at home in front of the television, Sodatracker needs to know about it. Essentially, whenever you start consuming one, let Sodatracker know so that it can add it to the overall tally.

Get statistics on soda consumption

Once you’ve gone through the process of adding nutritional information to Sodatracker and logging the sodas that you consume, you can actually use the main feature of Sodatracker which is the statistical analysis. You can find out how many sodas you’ve consumed over a certain period of time as well as daily average amounts of sodas consumed. Furthermore, you can get a handle on the calories that you consume overall and per day. If you need proof of an addiction, this is certainly one way that you can get it.

Final Score

Soda Tracker Android app can literally turn a person’s life around. Because of that, we’ve given it a final score of 10 out of 10.

Pregnancy Contraction Timer App for Android Review

One of the main purposes of the new age of technology is to make things more convenient. Any app that can take a mundane process and make it a lot easier to do is an app that definitely does deserve some kudos. The Pregnancy Contraction Timer is an example of an Android app that can do this if you know how to use it properly.

Keep a list of relevant events

Specifically, there are only three events that really matter within the context of this timer. The first is the water breaking, the second is the contraction length and the third is the break length. You press a button at the top of the screen when the water breaks and that event will be logged. Then, you press a button when the contraction starts and then again when it ends in order to allow the system to log both the contraction and the break as an event. As you continue to do this, you will be able to see a list of contractions develop across the bottom of the screen on your Android cell phone.

Get information on your contractions

The contractions that are being had by you or your partner can be tracked through using the Pregnancy Contraction Timer Android app. Specifically, you can take a closer look at the average length of the last 5 contractions and the last 5 breaks because the system will generate that rolling average for you. Therefore, you can deduce just from paying attention to how the numbers change whether or not the contractions are getting longer or shorter and whether they are getting longer apart or shorter apart. This will allow you to see if the labor is real labor or whether there are some false contractions in there that signify that the child will not be born today.

Final Score

Android Pregnancy Contraction Timer app has received a final score of 8 out of 10 from us. It is a great software program that will certainly help you in keeping track of the contractions, but by the same token it is an app that still does need a bit of work in order to be better. More information about the change in contraction time would arguably be more useful than just the last rolling average of 5 contractions and 5 breaks. A graph over time might also help on a second screen so that a quick look can let a person know what is going on over time.

iMOBILE® Care First Aid App (on the iPhone, Android, and Blackberry)

iMobile Care

This is one of those  apps everyone should have on their mobile. iMobile Care has great visuals, with an illustrated first aid guide for either reference, education, or to actually use in case something serious happens, like a barn burning or eating some really foul food or flying into a tree on a  rainy day. This first aid app covers the whole range of various situations and conditions, including Allergies, Asthma, Chest Pains, Choking, Food Poisoning, Traumas, and even the dreaded swine flu.

iMOBILE Care is owlsome. It also lets me input my personal information and to enter messages in case I experience a really bad situation, like a fall, a back pain, or a spider bite. My fellow wingsters can know exactly what’s happening to me and why I’m not flying right or why I’m lying in a tree or on the ground. It also shows you how to properly perform CPR – Professor Appy recommends practicing with a loved one or sexy partner, so you can really get the hearts beating in rhythm.

Did I mention the mapping features? I can just touch a button and it tells me where I am. OK, so I touch the “Locate Me” button and there I am, and I can zoom in on my location: right now I’m on top of the Plaza Hotel in New York, with a great view of this magical city. Hey, I’ve got a great life – no complaints.

I’ve got an SOS distress button to let my nearby wingsters know that Appy is in danger and needs help, and a 911 button to call the emergency personnel that Professor Appy is in need of care.

Why iMobile Care makes me happy and secure?

1)   Easy to Use

2)   Elegant, and simple interface

3)   Super mapping

4)   Personalized

5)   A potential life safer

Professor Appy gives the iMobile Care APP:

3 Hoots – it’s a fine mobile first aid app on the market!
