The Gym Buddy App for iPhone is one more app in a long line of fitness apps that aim to help make your life easier by making your workouts easier to keep track of. The idea here is that if you can see quantifiable improvement over the course of time, you should have an easier time staying motivated enough to actually get a few things done.
