The Gym Buddy App for iPhone is one more app in a long line of fitness apps that aim to help make your life easier by making your workouts easier to keep track of. The idea here is that if you can see quantifiable improvement over the course of time, you should have an easier time staying motivated enough to actually get a few things done.

Overall, we’ve given Gym Buddy iPhone app a final score of 7 out of 10. It is a low maintenance app that is very good for someone starting out in the fitness world. However, there are many apps out there that do more than this one and a handful that do a lot more in terms of keeping track of your workouts. With more power available at the same or a cheaper investment, this app cannot score higher than a 7 unless it improves the list of features it has.
